Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit committed to feeding God's children, hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: volunteers hand-pack meals specially formulated for malnourished children, and that food is sent to partners building more successful communities around the world. FMSC's food has reached more than 70 countries.
Each year, volunteers from families, churches, businesses and civic groups hand-pack meals at either a permanent site, or a MobilePack location - like the Parker MobilePack.
Working as teams in two-hour shifts, volunteers fill and seal bags of food, enjoying a fun atmosphere and the satisfaction of making a measurable impact on hunger.
Volunteers and other donors pay for 100% of FMSC meals. We receive no government aid. Whith each meal costing less than a quarter, donations of any amount make a BIG difference!
The Parker MobilePack, a mobile packing site for Feed My Starving Children, was founded in 2014. The founding members had a simple purpose - to feed as many underprivileged children as they could though this hands-on mission work.
In the last five years, the Parker MobilePack has funded and packed enough meals to feed 2438 children - 890,000 meals, total. In 2019, we are thrilled to pack our millionth meal!
